One hundred and fifty years ago, Confederate and Union soldier left their mark on the horse hair plaster walls of a railroad-side building in Brandy Station, Virginia near the scene of one the largest Cavalry battles of the Civil War.
Today you can still make out the messages and pictures these men left behind, however, time has taken it’s toll on the building and walls. The house requires extensive restoration, and you can help through a variety of ways.
I discovered the Graffiti house a few years ago while visiting family in nearby Culpeper, Virginia, and in a subsequent visit snapped a photo and decided to make the Graffiti House a subject of a Sundance Replica.
You can own a replica of this structure and aid in the restoration process. I donate $9.95 from the sale of every Graffiti House replica to the Brandy Station Foundation. For your convenience you order a Graffiti House replica from this site for $ 39.95 plus $ 2.95 shipping ( and NJ tax if applicable), and I’ll send them a donation for you.
